I wanted to make a cut scene at the Start of my map since there is already a 30 second down time before the game starts, i would like to fill this space with a cut scene, but i need some questions answered that i didn't pick up on a tutorial in making one.
Can you ZOOM the camera in while the cut scene is playing? OR is it just a screen CUT to the next camera location?
Can you have Dialog Boxes and Buttons on the screen at the same time as a cut scene?
Since there is no game play during this time there is no worries about units/buildings or such things.
If you're looking to make a cutscene with triggers, check out Antioch Remastered. We have several maps that should prove useful. I'm chiefly thinking of 1-4 and 2-3 as particularly good examples.

Found out how i can ZOOM in with a Camera.
This Blizzard tutorial looks like it could be really helpful with the cutscene editor.
