Playing Animation via Triggers

Hey so I'm having problems playing animations created using the Sc2 art tools for 3DS max 2011

no matter what i name that animation it wont play

when trying to play it via triggers.

Any ideas as to why? A valid animation name was used.

Solved.

I was trying to animate the faces instead of a solid. Detaching the faces from the main part of the model into their own object fixed the problem.
