Well, it's entirely TaylorMouse's fault. His tutorials are great, and now I can't use the good old "Export to M3" without feeling guilty.
Also, I seriously lack the motivation required to fully complete a map.
So, here it is ! Every WoW model I'll convert to SC2 will be posted here, as clean as possible and delivered with screenshots and stuff. And a banana for scale.
Every model should have cleaned animations, cleaned textures including teamcolored diffuse, normal, specular and (why not) emissive, volume target and attachement points.
And if you need some, feel free to ask as I found that task quite easy and surprisingly amusing.

Sweet. I'd love some workload off my hands. If you could provide the 3ds max scenes as well, that'd be doubly amazing. Don't worry about particle effects, I got those covered.
Here's a few quick ones when you get some time.
Non-mount Protodragon
DragonWhelp
Drakes (the standard variant)
Last I checked, there was an armored, burny protodrake I could have a lot of fun with, as well. I think there is a non-mount version last I checked.
I have more I need to convert, but I don't really want to list off like a dozen things, haha.
And to finis, I think the "armored, burny protodrake" is either a fire hawk or Galakras. But I have no idea if the fire hawk's "feathers" will have the nice animation after conversion.
hey i would request some. I wrote details about it here: on the listed animation i need the exactly ones, where i didn't listed the animations (like death, walk etc) feel free to see whats good for it. Thank you very much! :)
Red protodrake/whelp/normal drake. I can do the other color conversions myself later on if really necessary. I want both the ground and air animations for the Protodrake. The whelp is just the standard whelp. http://wow.zamimg.com/uploads/screenshots/resized/195364.jpg I'll probably convert the other ones myself at a later time because I need to give them a lot of special treatment.
The Firehawk would be possible to do I think, but I was referring to Galakras. If you want to try the firehawk, I have a few ideas how the burning animation is done - and how to pretty it up for sc2 (heat distortion aww yeah). Pretty sure it's a GL animation on the material itself. If you convert it at some point I can try to set it up and see how it goes. It's mostly the conversion process itself that takes a bit of time I would like to get out of the way, as I need to convert hundreds of models. Thus why I want the 3ds max files - I can pretty them up at a later period (now is a troubled time for me).
Yes I am, well I must agree for team colors, it does have an ... odd feeling, although for everything else your method is still my absolute favourite :):)
@Stormahawk: Go
I'll note that, but I'm not sure I'll be able to do something in this case.
BTW, do someone know how to make an emissive team color ?
I need that for the DragonWhelp's eyes, as I don't see any other part that could have team color, and the eyes are quite small and need to be brighter to see clearly the team color.
Some news : my computer died "recently" (well, a good month ago, or a bit more) and it's expected to be returned from the customer service in a bit less than 2 weeks. Then, I'll be able to continue my glorious model conversion duty.

Boundearthelemental (based on the purple skin, the crystals as team color)
Disciple of Cho'gall (Chogalldisciple, the X on his chest, wristbands and loin-cloth could be the team color places)

It's always my fault, ... that's what my wife and kids keep telling me :p

Well, I guess I found something to do tomorrow. And after. And uh...
Anyway. Expect at least 2-3 days per model.
It's a nerubian :D The mantid has a bug and can't be properly imported into 3DSMax, dunno why.

Alright, wasn't specific enough I guess.

The normal drakes... like ah... the ones in burning steppes. I only need air animations for them. http://wow.zamimg.com/uploads/screenshots/resized/97537.jpg

Domper's Northrend Geist done !
If you'd ever like to rescale them in 3ds max, I can show you how.
Thanks, but the scale is good (near the size of amarauder). The bananas, on the other hand...
mmm, did you use the normal and specular mapping on that model?
cause it doesn't seem like it...

Ah, I thought the bananas (and thus the unit) were super small, haha. That's why I mentioned that.
@TaylorMouse: Go
I did, but I must agree : something's wrong here. And... I think yours is way too shiny for skin/clothes.
Are you following my tutorial for Team Colors by chance?
If so I need to update it to show a better method.

This is pretty neat. I have a couple of requests, mainly involving ships since Starcraft II seems to lack them.
For instance, an animated model (with just a walk animation) of something like these ships:
And here is a fun one I saw:
I am not sure what they are called, but I think the first two are from Landfall (Mists of Pandaria) and the bottom one is from Northend.
EDIT: Found these that could also be converted but they do not have animations:
@Stormahawk: Go I'll note that, but I'm not sure I'll be able to do something in this case.

It is stated in the tutorial of the WaterBat ( included in the SC2 Art Tools documentation )
