Hi all, I've been interested in learning the galaxy editor for some time now and have just came into some extra time to try it out. I'm wanting to import custom models into the editor, and every tut. I've seen is the same general layout and steps.
In this lies the problem, everyone of them are the same and I have followed every step to the letter only to be met with failure. The editor simply will not allow to import the units. I get no errors, nothing saying the import failed. I simply save the mod and close it out, open, finish the import and there are no units.
I'm sure I've covered everything, but if I'm missing anything beyond the basic tut. I sure could use a hand. I need to mention these are pre-made units from wow and wc3 available here on mapster. Thanks for any and all advice.
Before importing, try basic general tutorials about the editor, cause you seem to see no difference between units and models. Nothing is possible within an area without being familiar with the terminology.
