Operation Terran Shield
Operation Terran Shield.
The Terran's gone crazy and you are a Siege Tank Pilot.
Your goal is to defend yourself against the incoming Terran forces.
Read before use:
Controls:
W,S - change Y of Crosshairs
A,D - change X of Crosshairs
Up (Arrow key) - (Press/Hold) Shock Gun, takes 2 seconds to reload
Down (Arrow Key) - (Press/Hold) Impulse Cannon, takes 2 seconds to reload, shares with Shock Gun
Left (Arrow Key) - Place Mine, 30s reload (adv. weapon reload)
General hints:
Shock Gun is dealing splash damage.
r=0.5 - 3 damage
r=1.5 - 2.4 damage
r=2.0 - 2 damage
r=2.5 - 1 damage
Impulse Cannon drags nearby enemies into the Impact location.
Has a 'delay' of Impact. Maximum delay is 0.75(up left or up right corner) determinated with Range of Tank to Crosshair
Lasts 5 seconds.
Place Mine places a mine to the targeted location.
Deals high AoE damage if a unit walks over it.
i might forget to change the 'build'-state to release :) so make sure you take the latest (ALPHA) build
Localized for enUS client so text might not show up on enGB
complete redesign might come,
to make it actually possible to survive ;) longer than 400 points (highest I reached)

I might change the weapon if required - but currently i think it's way too powerful - might if i fix a bug i will increase the duration (make targets unable to getting targeted twice within 2seconds ie)
but the "weapon" is not really ment to replace Shock Gun, it should be used in combination with it to increase the damage caused
The new weapon isn't of any more use than the first weapon. I'd rather use my cooldown on the shock gun. Perhaps increasing the splash range on the impulse cannon or making it last slightly longer?
well i'll adjust the speed of the crosshair by time - so it is constantly increasing it speed (implemented feature) if direction do not change.
I think you should make the crosshair move faster.
Cool interface, but way too hard. It seems like having a larger splash and not having the auto-centering would make it better.
Do you mean by 'smoothing' out that the angle should stay until it is changed?

I like the new health bar, and the cooldown bar makes more sense. You also made it hilly :D
I find that the 90degree thing/turning in general gets a bit annoying. Do you think there's a way to perhaps smooth it/them out?
ehm the increbible mode is just for testing purposes :)
later i will change the spawn behavior in general
something like:
1 marine -> kill -> 2 marines -> kill -> 4 marines -> and so on :)
atm every 0.1s a marine spawn
but i guess predefined waves i won't do :)
might i add some cool stuff like merging of marines into marauder and so on to make each game unique
Haha, great game! I have to say though..... quite impossible to last any longer than a minute or so.
Perhaps eliminating the attack delay?
