The Blood Elves are more complicated more than that.
they were born first after the destruction of the sunwell, the survivors high elves changed their blue and white attire with Red and Black, simbolizing their Dead brethren and those that die defending their land, after Garithos Alliance' betrayal and Thanks to Illidan, they becomes aware that they are suffering a drawback, a Thirst for magic that the sunwell's destruction made as concequence.
They needed magic to survive and Illidan provided the spells and tecniques to syphon magic but they needed more so they starting to Syphon Fel Magic to small extend, some magi becomes warlock and priest felt abandoned by the light, when the dying naruu was brought to Silvermoon, those priests becomes paladin using the light as a tool rather than worshipping directly, some still using the light more as a "Light" mage and very few still worship it
They joined the Horde because they needed an ally but, like the forsakens, they see the horde as "tools" to archive their goals. many members of the horde have mixed-to-negative feelings about the Blood Elves.
For the Orcs, They believe that the Elves are falling to the same path of damnation like they did in the past, For the Trolls they believe that they will bring disgrace in the horde with their demonic magic, the Taurens "smell" the rotting magic of the Blood Elves and also believes that it will bring dark days to the faction.
but after the sunwell incident and Kael'thas's Treason, they no longer need to syphon demonic magic anymore now that the Sunwell is pure once more and reignited with both Light and Arcane magic, the Blood Elves realized what they had done and begun their path of redemption becoming legit members of the horde...
but they kept the slavery of gnomes, nobody likes them free while being annoying.
and about the heads...
I just checked the facetech that blizzard implemented, Glorious! :P
I really hope that Kael'thas comes to the Nexus, his master skin should be his corrupted form
Yeah, I noticed that one too, very weird looking character in the left back, and does that look like the Amazon from D2 in the bottom right, just saying
For those unaware, the Amazonian looking gal is a Nova skin - it was teased in a recent video showing upcoming skins.
Top right is Tyrael's Demonic skin, the big guy in white and gold hilariously enough appears to be an Angellic Diablo =D
Apart from possibly Tassadar all the current heroes in this pic are skin varients of their normal self such as white and gold Murky Marine, White Gold and Pink Centurion Johanna, one of Brightwing's skins etc.
Also we've got the Skeleton King in the bottom right and the Butcher in middle right.
Awesome! Been waiting to see that Heaven vs Hell map in action :P Also, an Angelic Diablo...and here I thought I saw everything, lol. Demonic Tyrael still badass though~ Nice to see Leoric and the Butcher confirmed too :D
The pink tiger-riding girl is Master Tyrande on tint number 3, Demonic Tyrael is so much better now, is no more a lame retexture, also the Angelic Diablo... I was so sure it would come, for the skeleton king here are my speculations, on Jaina and Johanna i was predicting right.
Not a huge fan of the Leoric and Butcher master skins. Well, Butcher's is alright, but Leoric's just looks almost the same. I paused several times to look closely at all the changes, and apart from the helm, I don't notice many differences at all. Maybe slightly armored, but again, not something that is easy to notice.
Regardless of that, the heroes seem neat, and I'm actually glad they're focusing on a Diablo event before anything else. If there's one thing the game lacks, it's diablo characters.
Also, I heard some rumors about the Monk being cancelled. Does anyone know if this is true?
StarCraft II: Annihilation Campaign - A 24 mission single-player campaign featuring unique heroes, custom tracks, boss battles, a varied set of mission scenarios and three intersecting storylines.
Leoric Master Skin is weak, with that helmet is bars to undesrtand that he is a skeleton; The monk will come in August Maybe, he is still on development and you can see on the Eternal Conflict trailer
It'll be interesting to see what they do with the Monk. I heard a lot of people talk about him being a Support type hero, which I honestly find unlikely due to his presence in the trailer. He seemed way too aggressive to take on the role of a support, but I don't know. Li Li can be quite aggressive to and Blizz might be going in a bit of a different direction.
I do think we a need a new support, though. It's been like what, 1 year since the last came out? Seems like that, at least.

Angelic Diablo looks fat and his face looks mega low definition
